Pena Planetarium Observing

We had a good turn out after the planetarium show last Friday night.   Those who came out enjoyed nice telescopic views of the Orion Nebula, the Moon and planets (Mars, Venus, and Jupiter) and several beautiful star clusters.  It’s always exciting to learn about the universe through books, planetarium shows, and others such sources, but nothing compares to the excitement of experiencing the heavens first hand through a good telescope.   We hope all who came out enjoyed seeing as much as we enjoyed showing!
